The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and/or any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using the company’s service and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Ace Transportation. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ace Transportation, or either the Client or Ace Transportation itself

Use of vechile

Vehicles on your service is to transport the defined number of passengers and their belongings of a fixed weight. For other than Ace Transportation staff, any forceful attempt to drive, overload the vehicle OR use it for other purposes is illegal and you will have to be responsible for all the consequences.

Booking

An advance booking payment of 50% of the total amount has to be made to confirm your booking. You can use our online booking system, hotline, email or visit our office to book the vehicles.

Method of payment

Payment can me made through cash, credit card, wired bank transfer, financial services companies like Western Union, money grams or online banking service. You may use any payment service as per your convenience.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking with a prior notice before a week but 20% of the total cost will be charged from the booking amount. If the cancellation is not informed, or is made before less than a week's time, no refund will be made.

Insurance and safety

Ace Transportation is responsible for third party insurance of the vehicle as mentioned by the law . Other than that, customers are suggested to buy a travel insurance plan for themselves and their belongings for better coverage.

50 percent of total amount of trip or services should be paid first.

Vehicle defects, damage or theft

If the vehicle is subjected to defect, damage, theft by any of the passangers’ activities, you will be considered responsible and all the cost for restoration, maintainance or recovery will be borne by you.

Return of vehicle

Vehicle has to be returned on the mentioned return date and time. If the vehicle is used for additional time, extra charges will have to be paid by the customers.
